And Steve in Manhattan hit it out of the park. A 1981 Mercury Capri brochure was the highlight of the package, with an awesome Mercury Cyclone shirt, a shaving set and a hot wheels to finish it off!

Not many of you know this, but the company I work for has actually created all of the Ford/Lincoln/Mercury brochures for about the last 20 years so this is extra cool.

And also, I shave about once MAYBE twice a week so this is like a full year shaving kit hahaha.

This infuses me with so much Christmas joy, and Chanukah joy (yes, reared a Jew) and that carries into the New Year, which for me is the most depressing of times. And the shaving stuff is me having over-ordered from Harry’s because my beard grows at a slower rate than I’ll admit, so I sent the extras and got you a handle. And I forgot to send the shave balm, but we can talk. At any rate, someone should benefit, and if there’s a Mrs. MM she can shave her legs as well. And glad the brochure was appreciated - ebay came in handy.

And to anyone who is reading this - do Secret Senna next holiday season. Giving is truly better than receiving (and I’ve gotten a t-shirt so far, but one more package coming so then I’ll do a post).

Haha, I fully admit my beard is WEAK and I’m a once a week at best shaver lol.

I’ll tell her to give it a go!

And in all honesty this is my 3rd year doing Secret Senna and they are some of my favorite gifts to buy!

It’s in....cold storage lol. Honestly I don’t have any budget for it until the fall. I get some daycare cost alleviated then. Should help a lot! Gonna do the rear end swap this summer probably.

Yeah - SigOther and I have all we need right now, so the only gift-buying I do for the holidays is giftcards and cash (for the building staff and our postal carrier ... she’s the best). Secret Senna lets me be creative, and your handle was all I needed.

Ha! Fair point... Though I didn’t know how deep you did research on, I typically troll posts and everything I can find before purchasing for my Secret Senna target.

A random book and stuffed animal showed up with no packing slip and we’re rather confused as to who sent it. Oh well. If you can’t tell me you sent something I suppose I can’t tell you thank you!

The last thing I needed to get to send my gift out just arrived. Should be able to get that done on Monday - very late, I know...but we had that nasty winter storm last night and a lot of places are still closed due to no power. We lost ours early last night and only got it back around 11am-12pm. Only just got my internet back about a half hour ago!

I unfortunately don’t have any.

I suppose I never shared pics of the numbers I put on it though so I’ll have to get that update on here.

It’s got some electrical gremlins I’m hoping to work out over the summer/into the fall. My budget is going to be a lot more flexible come September so I’ll have more room to play around with the car.
